This project is a fictional biopharma facility designed to demonstrate the full capability of GMP facility flow visualization for life sciences AEC firms and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
The facility was modeled with accurate ISO zone logic — Class 7 upstream bioreactor farm, Class 7 downstream fill-finish suite, Class 8 staging anterooms, and a dedicated transition zone housing personnel airlocks, material airlocks, air shower, and gowning rooms A and B. Every zone color, room adjacency, and flow path direction reflects real cGMP regulatory requirements.
The compliance callout system layers ISO classification badges, pressure differential indicators, QA release status, waste stream routing, and cold chain documentation directly over the facility geometry, giving non-technical stakeholders an immediate understanding of how the facility operates and why it's designed the way it is.
This work represents the intersection of motion design craft and regulated industry knowledge. The combination that helps AEC firms win proposals, pharma companies close capital raises, and facility teams communicate complex compliance narratives to the people who need to approve them.
