In the realm of medical product marketing, I undertook a significant project for Halodine, creating a series of compelling product videos showcasing their innovative antiseptic solutions. This project encompassed a range of products, including an oral rinse, nasal stick antiseptic, and a nasal swab stick antiseptic, each designed to combat viral infections and reduce transmission in various settings.
The video series I produced blended multiple elements to create a comprehensive and engaging narrative. I skillfully edited together footage from interviews, demonstrating real-world product applications, and incorporated relevant statistics to underscore the efficacy of Halodine's products. A key component of these videos was the animated sequences I created, illustrating the product's mechanism of action within the human body. This visual representation of the antiseptic's effectiveness at the microscopic level was particularly impactful, earning recognition from a company executive for its quality and clarity. These animations can still be found being used in marketing collateral on their website today.
Throughout the videos, I emphasized Halodine's unique selling points, such as its ability to provide up to 4 hours of protection and its suitability for use in environments where social distancing is challenging. By highlighting the product's development by experienced clinicians and its role as an additional layer of protection alongside masks and other preventive measures, the videos effectively marketed Halodine's value proposition. This project not only showcased my skills in video editing and animation but also demonstrated my ability to translate complex medical information into accessible and engaging visual content for a broad audience.
