In the fast-paced world of broadcast media, visual storytelling plays a crucial role in engaging and informing viewers. My experience as a motion designer at Merit Street Media's production studio for "Mornings on Merit" exemplifies the power of dynamic graphics in shaping national news coverage.

Working on this national network show, owned by TBN and Dr. Phil, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with news producers to create compelling visuals for individual segments. My role involved crafting graphics for an impressive array of 11 LED studio surfaces, as well as designing full-screen animations that reached an audience of 65 million viewers.

The launch of "Mornings on Merit" was a significant milestone, where I contributed to the show's preparation, rehearsals, and successful debut. By developing efficient department communication channels and technical workflows, I played a part in the show's rapid ascent to 9th place in national rankings.

As a member of a five-person motion design team, I helped create cohesive network packages and maintained on-call availability for breaking news situations. This commitment ensured that the network could respond swiftly and effectively to live events, delivering timely and visually impactful coverage to viewers across the nation.
